Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or credit as quickly as possible — no stress, no hassle.
Change of Mind
If you’ve changed your mind about your purchase, we’re happy to help where possible. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 30 days. Change-of-mind returns may incur a small restocking or postage fee.
